Time to start house hunting again

We've lined up a realtor to show us around on Long Island on Saturday, and hopefully we'll find something pretty quickly and easily.

This is going to be a big year at Chez Sanderosa - buying a house (which in this instance, also means buying a car), 2 trips to Ethiopia, new baby, unpaid maternity leave... hopefully the house will come with appliances and both the house and car will be in good repair. I know don't think our wallet can take much more!

It will all be worth it though, and I'm sure that we'll have some good memories when we look back on 2010.
