If I will it to happen, will it happen? A referral is what I'm talking about. We were told October. November at the latest. Well, October has come and gone. November it is!
To pass the time while we wait, we are travelling the next 3 out of 4 weekends.
First to Delaware to hang with my parents. Expected plans are going to a museum, antique shopping, watching “The Men Who Stare At Goats,” good food and good company.
Next, we took off Friday so we can head to Boston for the weekend. No definite plans yet, but hopefully we will get to meet up with a college friend of mine and her family. Otherwise, we expect nothing less than awesomeness out of this weekend.
The third weekend is our weekend off. However, I might be doing a cookie baking weekend with some family and friends, which means back to Delaware for me.
Last, but certainly not least, Thanksgiving in Tennessee with the Sanders clan. What does this mean? Fried turkey. Pea casserole. Red velvet cake. (Don’t ask, it’s a family tradition, and it’s a good one.) Family and friends and good times.
No plans in December until Christmas and New Years Eve. Looking forward to seeing all the holiday decorations in the city!
